Quoted Pricing
All prices for items for sale within our Online Shop are quoted in Australian Dollars and include the 10% GST. We accept all major credit cards via our secure transaction service offered by eMatters Australia. Your credit card will be billed to Country Music Online, our contact details are listed here. When you place your order an electronic Tax Invoice will be generated and emailed to you. Please print or retain this email for your own records.

Stock availability
All items available for sale via the onlineshop are in stock at the start of each day. If for whatever reason we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to modify your order, or we will refund your purchase.

Delivery and Returns
All items are shipped via normal post and usually arrive within 5 days of placement of order. All items are checked to ensure they are in perfect condition when packed. If you encounter any problems with the goods or have any queries regarding the order or delivery process please contact the onlineshop via email on onlineshop@countrymusic.net.au.

Privacy and Security
Country Music Online will not divulge your personal information to any third party. At no stage during the transaction process do Country Music Online have access to your credit card number; you enter your credit card details via a secure internet connection direct to the electronic payment gateway operated by our Australian ecommerce partner eMatters.
